Healthy diet has positive effects on our body and mind.First of all, you should habe a balanced menu that is taking enough amount of sugar,fat,vitamin etc nourishes our organs.Due to this,you may have a stronge immune system.As a result,it protects our bodies from illnesses,virus and harmful bacterias.Secondly,if you eat fish,nut,vegatables,fruit,it will be better for your nerve cells.This leads to having a stronge nervous system.As a consequnce, you might have a stronge memory.In conclusion,if people want to have a good memory and stronge body,they should have a healthy diet.
